The Village Engineer furnishes professional engineering services to the Village in connection with all aspects of Village construction projects. The Village Engineer also provides technical assistance to the various Village boards and commissions as needed.

An important service rendered to the Village by the Engineer is contract management pertaining to Village contracts for projects. The Engineer assures that the services are in line with the contract requirements and parameters and oversees the projects to completion.
